About Collaborate · Est. 2015

Two music supervisors who make the music they wish they could find.

Collaborate Music Productions was founded in Los Angeles by industry veterans Jennifer Lanchart and Jody Friedman to create high-end original music and re-imagined covers for every kind of media, with a focus on film trailers.

We produce records with well-known trailer composers, producers, musicians and vocalists, and release them through our artist SoundBreakers. Because we also work as music supervisors, we know what an editor needs from a track before the first note is written.

Jennifer Lanchart

Jenn has been a music supervisor since 2008, with credits across Netflix, HBO, Amazon, ABC, NBC and Focus Features, plus brand campaigns for Smirnoff, Samsung and HP. As a songwriter she co-wrote the SoundBreakers original “Creepy Cradle,” featured in the trailer for Eli Roth’s Haunt.

Founder of Syncalicious Music

Jody Friedman

Co-Founder · Songwriter · Producer

Jody has spent more than twenty years as a sync agent pitching music and more than twenty years as a music supervisor searching for it. As a songwriter and producer, his songs have landed in Law & Order: Organized Crime, Murdaugh: Death in the Family, CBS’s Evil and Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale trailer campaign.
